On the night of 6th, there’s quite a number of people that’s drunk(I guess) and doing stupid things.
Someone bought coconut juice and use the nutshell to make a bowling ball, and water bottles as bowling pins.....Then BOWLING TIME!!
7/12 This is a photo in Wang Shi Yuan. A short talk by Stan is held, explaining the concept of Chinese garden. He took us a tour in the garden, explaining certain aspects of the garden, which helped me a lot in thinking ideas in my collage.
8/12 This is a tour held by Ms Xu and Mr Duan in Zhuo Zheng Yuan. Different from the talk held by Stan this tour is in Putonghua so students listening are all Asians that could understand. An advantage of explaining in Chinese is that the words used would be more percised such as the exact poem describing certain views are understood more easily.
9/12It’s a free day, but most of us are still struggling with the collages. That’s why we’re so busy and need to call a delivery from KFC. Because there’s quite a number of people, we have to sit in the corridor and eat on the floor.
10/12 After we finished dinner on that day, we went to the Chinese massage Stan recommended. Although it hurts when the person massaged me, it was quite a fun experience.
22/12 When we arrived in Shanghai and checked in Grand Hyatt, we had a nice dinner at a Korean restaurant. We got a long table in the middle of the restaurant and we start shooting photos of this long table!
On the 12th, we went to the Shanghai Planning Exhibition Center. The display model of Shanghai city in there was so shocking! it’s so detailed and it covers nearly a half of the whole floor. I was so amazed by the scenery of it and I could stop taking pictures of it.
13/12 We went to two architecture firms, and this photo is taken from the Da She Architects. The architect had a small presentation on his projects and works. I liked his works, as it has a lot of consideration in
14/12 Discussion with Chinese Univ student
On this very last day of the whole course, we had a discussion about creating portfolio with the Chinese university students. The discussion went on well, and the overall atmosphere was good.
